Shipping and Packaging

How your cards are packed

• Every raw card goes in a penny sleeve and a toploader, sealed in a team bag.
• Toploaders are packed so they can't bend in the post – a card-backed envelope marked "do not bend" for single cards, a bubble-lined mailer for larger orders.
• Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed.
• Sealed product ships in a box with padding.

UK delivery

• Orders are dispatched within two working days, usually next day, by Royal Mail.
• 2nd Class (untracked) – £1.49, 2–3 working days. Available on orders under £20.
• Tracked 48 – £2.99, 2–3 working days with full tracking. Free on orders over £30.
• Tracked 24 – £3.99, next working day with full tracking.
• Orders of £20 and over are always sent tracked.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Prices are shown in your local currency and postage is added at checkout.

• Europe – International Standard (untracked) £4.49 on orders under £20, or International Tracked £9.99. Typically 3–5 working days.
• USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and rest of world – International Standard (untracked) £5.49 on orders under £20, or International Tracked £11.99. Typically 6–10 working days.
• Any import duty or local tax is the buyer's responsibility and is collected by your postal service on delivery, not by us at checkout.

Free collection

Choose collection at checkout and pick up from the shop in the Co-op Department Store, Clydebank, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

If something isn't right

If a card arrives damaged or isn't as described, email hello@pauljamescards.co.uk with a photo within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for the full terms.
