Shipping and Packaging

How your cards are packed

• Every raw card goes in a penny sleeve and a toploader, sealed in a team bag.
• Toploaders are packed in a rigid or bubble-lined mailer so they can't bend in the post.
• Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed.
• Sealed product ships in a box with padding.

Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within two working days, usually next day.
• Sent by Royal Mail. Postage is calculated at checkout by weight and service.
• Higher-value orders are sent tracked and signed for.
• UK delivery as standard. For international orders, email us before you buy and we'll quote.

Free collection

Choose collection at checkout and pick up from the shop in the Co-op Department Store, Clydebank, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

If something isn't right

If a card arrives damaged or isn't as described, email hello@pauljamescards.co.uk with a photo within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for the full terms.
