What does "raw" mean?

A raw card is ungraded: no slab, no grade, just the card as it came out of the pack. Everything on this site is raw unless the listing says graded.

What condition are your raw cards in?

Near mint or better unless the listing says otherwise. If we spot a soft corner, a surface scratch or a print line, it's stated in the description and priced accordingly. The photo is of the exact card you'll receive.

How are cards packed?

Penny sleeve, toploader and team bag, inside a rigid or bubble-lined mailer. Slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Full details on the shipping page.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within two working days, usually next day, by Royal Mail. Postage is shown at checkout.

Can I collect from the shop?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up from the Co-op Department Store in Clydebank, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Is the website cheaper than your eBay store?

Yes. There are no marketplace fees built into our website prices, so the same card is cheaper here.

Do you do bundle prices?

Ten or more base cards in one order gets 10% off automatically. For bigger lots or mixed bundles, email us before you check out.

Are you buying cards?

Not for cash right now. We're working through a lot of stock first. Trades for furniture and flooring through Paul James Home are open, and consignment is launching soon. See Sell Us Your Cards.

What if a card arrives damaged or isn't as described?

Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Email us before ordering and we'll quote for it.
